Delivery Information – Kansai Wellness

At Kansai Wellness, we strive to deliver your health and wellness products to your doorstep safely and on time. Our delivery process is smooth, transparent, and customer-centric.

1. Shipping Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, courier delays) may cause minor delays, for which we request your understanding.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value (mentioned at checkout).

  • A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

3. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS/email to monitor their order status in real time.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your Kansai Wellness account and visiting the “My Orders” section.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across India.

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer than urban regions.

  • International delivery is not available at this time, but we’re working toward expanding globally.

5. Missed Deliveries

  • In case of a missed delivery, our courier partners will attempt re-delivery.

  • If undelivered after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Please contact our support team to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
